How to choose the right luggage size?

Luggage sizes:

  • S (carry-on) —up to 55 cm, for 2-3 day trips, weight up to 8-10 kg
  • M (medium) —60-69 cm, for week-long trips, weight up to 20 kg
  • L (large) —70-79 cm, for 2-week trips, weight up to 23-25 kg
  • XL (extra large) —80+ cm, for extended travel, weight up to 30 kg

How much does delivery cost?

In Chisinau:

  • From 1000 lei —FREE 🎉
  • Up to 999 lei —60 lei

To Moldova regions:

  • From 80 to 120 lei (depending on location and dimensions)

How long does delivery take?

Chisinau: 24-72 hours from order placement
Regions: 2-4 days

⚠️ During promotions and holidays the period may increase.

What courier services do you use?

We work with:

  • "Nova Poshta" (New Post)

Delivery is made to the door of the customer.

Can I choose the exact delivery time?

Yes! When confirming your order, the operator will arrange a convenient time slot with you.

What if I won't be home?

Be sure to notify the operator in advance when confirming the order. We will reschedule delivery for another convenient time.

Do you deliver to Transnistria?

No, currently delivery to Transnistria is not carried out.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes! You can return or exchange a product within 14 days from purchase.

  • Appearance and packaging are preserved

What warranty do luggage and backpacks have?

Warranty depends on the manufacturer and usually ranges from 6 months to 2 years.

Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware breakage
  • Problems with zippers and wheels

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage from airlines
  • Mechanical damage from improper use
  • Natural wear and tear

What to do if luggage was damaged at the airport?

  1. File a baggage damage report at the airport (PIR —Property Irregularity Report)
  2. Contact the airline with a claim within 7 days
  3. The airline is obligated to compensate for damage

Important: Store warranty does not cover damage from airlines.

Where can I repair luggage?

Contact us —we will help arrange repair or recommend trusted workshops in Chisinau.
